Here are a list of services that I perform. If you don’t see the task you want accomplished on the lists below, please ask anyway. I’m pretty good at figuring out how to do tasks I’ve never done before. And don’t worry, I have General Liability insurance to cover any mishaps on your property.
- Picture and mirror hanging
- Shelf mounting (both indoor and garage)
- Furniture assembly (basically any type of assembly that has instructions I can follow)
- Towel bar and toilet paper holder installation
- Caulking (bath, kitchen and outside windows)
- Window blind installation
- Window screen replacement
- Smart TV setup
- Mount TV on wall
- Deck repair
- Fence repair (this is limited in scope to picket and railing replacements)
- Painting (typically only inside and just a room or two)
- Drywall repair (small holes needing patching/etc)
- Minor wood rot repair
- Custom shelves (garage and basement; see picture for example)
- “Honey-do” tasks around the house
These are services I do NOT perform currently.
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- HVAC (heating/AC)
- Any type of major remodeling work (see exceptions above). There are plenty of folks that will tackle these larger jobs. I prefer the smaller jobs.
- Hanging a new door (fixing a door may be in scope)
